We are the Global Business Marketing team, an integral part of the Global Marketing Solutions organization which creates business marketing for Facebook’s business audiences. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketing professional to lead the marketing strategy, and execution for our China Export business. This person will be responsible for developing and executing vertical marketing programs that help large to medium sized clients to adopt the right solutions to help grow their business. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the advertising industry, technology and an ability to combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor.

This individual will have the ability to bring clarity and will collaborate with cross-functional partners and will marry global programs and local knowledge to create scalable marketing points of view, campaigns, narratives, messaging, digital communication and more. This individual will be a strategic thinker, a data-driven storyteller and a proactive self-starter with a track record of resilience under pressure and collaboration.

They have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines, cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of vertical industry care-about, especially those of e-commerce, apps, fin-tech and entertainment industries. They also have experience managing agencies and project teams.

Marketing Manager, Greater China Region


Be the subject matter expert on vertical industry audience and competitive landscape

Leads positioning and messages for vertical industry audiences

Develops high quality, innovative marketing programs that inspire and educates audiences at scale, leverage across marketing channels including sales enablement contents, emails, landing pages, web, social, industry collaboration and more.

Incorporates insights, past learnings, and best practices into current work

Drives goal setting and measurement rigor where available and accountability for product and functional area

Crafts creative briefs for projects of all sizesprovides constructive creative feedback

Independently manages marketing projects of all sizes from start to finish

Delivers strong and convincing written and verbal communications

Participates in budgeting and impact discussionsevaluates tradeoffs

Participates in key external industry tentpoles and engages with trade associations

Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to advance goals

Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across the user journey

Manage agencies and work with internal resources, such as web and event teams, to deliver results

Execute with operational excellence including budget management, tracking and reporting of progress and results

Minimum Qualifications

BS degree preferred, MBA or equivalent a plus8+ years of professional experience in marketing, marketing communications

Experience in driving marketing campaigns independently

Strong agency communication and management skills

Must be knowledgeable about the advertising and marketing industry of GCR and have an understanding of export marketing

Strong track record of working well in cross functional teams, and managing vendors

Knowledge of online media landscape and experience executing digital marketing

Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment across multiple time zones and teams

Candidates must be fluent in both Mandarin and English Locations Data  Center
