Position: Clerk - Besteam Personnel Consultancy Limited

Requirements

Form 5 or above

1 - 2 years clerical experience, preferable in F&B/ Catering industry

Experience food or F&B industry is preferable .

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Good communication & negotiation skills

Fresh graduate will also be considered;

Immediate available is highly preferable


Responsibilities

Follow up purchase order

Coordinate with internal department, suppliers and factories

Develop and evaluate new sources of supplies

Maintain the purchase database and records

Assist in sourcing, price negotiation, quality checking and delivery arrangements;

Monitor suppliers’ performance
