Senior Associate​/Captain; Architecture

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time hybrid position for a Senior Architectural Job Captain s technical design role allows you to work in a variety of project sectors and be involved throughout the project process. The Senior Architectural Job Captain will be responsible for overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with the design team, developing plans and specifications, and ensuring project timelines are met. We encourage growth and advancement through opportunities and mentorship, to help you become a project and office leader.

• Expertise in Architectural Design, Planning, and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Revit, and other design software
• Strong time management and coordination skills
• Experience in leading project teams and coordinating with clients and consultants
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• 3 years' experience in similar role required
• California Architectural Registration, or licensing in progress, is a plus
• DSA and/or HCAI Experience is a plus
