Tech Bar Technician

Provide a single point of contact to UW-Parkside Faculty, Staff and Students for information technology related problems. Assist these members of the UW-Parkside community with telephone, email or ticket inquiries to resolve or elevate IT System issues and problems. Provide support and incident management and client communications for IT system faults, outages and service requests.

- Provide support, incident management, and client communication for IT system faults, outages and service requests.
$14 per hour.
Required Qualifications- Platform familiarity:
Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and macOS environments. - Software literacy:
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Teams) and common web browsers. - Communication:
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently. - Reliability:
Punctuality and ability to manage time effectively between work shifts and academic responsibilities.
