Perform maintenance tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems;
Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues across multiple disciplines;

Monitor and troubleshoot specialty amenities including Japanese-style ofuro soaking facilities;
Maintain detailed preventative maintenance records and communicate with engineering leadership
