About the Opportunity
Hawai‘i Pacific Health is seeking a Pediatric Nephrology Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Strong candidates have professional patient care skills, passion and warmth for caring for children and families, while committing to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.
What You’ll Do- Provide general pediatric nephrology care, including management of acute and chronic kidney conditions.
- Support inpatient and outpatient consult services.
- Provide ongoing care coordination for pediatric dialysis and renal transplant patients.
- A balanced schedule that supports work-life harmony
- A collaborative environment with experienced clinical and office support staff
- Hawaii Registered Nurse License
- Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License (APRN)
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS)
- American Academy of Pediatrics Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) CPR cards
- Two (2) years recent nursing experience in specialty preferred
