  • Assign staff to investigate incidents, prepare accurate reports, edit, and finalize all documentation per department protocol.
  • Inspect the security base at irregular intervals, ensure compliance with security processes, and schedule relief coverage during meal and rest periods.
  • Patrol assigned locations of the building, grounds, and perimeter to protect property from damage, theft, and vandalism.
  • Execute building lockdown procedures, secure gates, lobby, meeting rooms, and other critical areas.
  • Prepare parking lot for events, barricade sections as needed, shut down lights, patrol and inspect parking lot equipment, and maintain logs of inspections and repairs.
  • Investigate suspicious persons and report unsafe conditions immediately to management.
  • Serve as a greeter for incoming event attendees, providing an ‘Aloha welcome’ and assistance.
  • Ensure traffic operating plans are followed, direct traffic control, and provide customer service to patrons.
  • Assist in emergency evacuations, crisis drills, and true emergency scenarios; administer CPR/First Aid as needed.
  • Oversee cash handling operations, prepare money banks, authorize building access, and maintain accurate monetary records.
