Pre-Employment Requirement:
Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103) What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
* Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or access credentials, and help to document visitor activity in accordance with site protocols.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
* Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and help to maintain awareness of entry activity, deliveries, and/or service requests at the front desk.
* Support access control functions by helping to issue visitor passes, review sign-in records, and report maintenance, badge, and/or access concerns according to location procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

* An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
* A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
