Position: Security Officer Patrol Driver Full Time
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Role in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Pre-Employment Requirement:

What You'll Do:

* Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

* Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.

* Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior according to site procedures.

* Support daily property operations by providing directions, answering questions, and completing assigned reports, logs, and/or other routine security-related documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

* A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

* Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

* Customer service experience is preferred.

* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
