Job Summary

Pacific Care Center invites you to join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The primary purpose of your position is to provide primary care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of physicians, with an emphasis on assessment, illness prevention, and health care management.

Salary: $32‑45 per hour.

Schedule:

Days (5:30am–2pm), evenings (1:30pm–10pm), and nights (9:30pm–6am). Shift differentials include $3 for Saturdays and Sundays, $3 for the period 5pm‑10pm on evenings, and $5 for night shifts.

• Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care.
• Provide nursing care in a caring and compassionate manner.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections, etc.) and complete patients’ charts.
• Adjust and administer medications and deliver treatments according to physician orders.

• LPN license licensed in the state of Washington.
• Prior experience preferred, but new graduates are welcomed.
