We are looking for well experience Cooks for a high end Specialize restaurant in Colombo.

Skills Needed: GCE Ordinary Level + Previous Hotel Experience

Skills Needed: The person we are looking for should have minimum 3 years’ experience in a star class hotel or in a reputed restaurant in Sri Lanka or overseas, within the age limit of 30-50 years.

Skills Needed: - Bachelor Degree holders in Culinary with min 1 year of experience
- Associate Degree holders in Culinary with min 3 years of experience
- Certificate/ Diploma holders in Culinary with min 4 years of experience

Skills Needed: Prepare awesome meals for the customers.
Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.
Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.
Check food and ingredients for freshness.
Arrange and garnish dishes.
Work well under pressure and within the time limit.
Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
Help lead and inspire our kitchen staff with the restaurant manager.
Wow our guests with amazing dishes.

Skills Needed: Training can be provided if not experienced.

Skills Needed: - advance level of english
- ability to use Micros
- very good communication skills
- between the ages of 21-29
- experience in FB service

Skills Needed: Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

•        Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.  

•        Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.

•        Must possess basic computational ability.  

•        Must possess basic computer skills.

•        Concierge level knowledge needed of hotel amenities, restaurants, travel and transportation information.

•        Knowledge of the city, particularly downtown and tourist attractions.
