Superintendents - Mixed Commercial & Healthcare Construction - Houston, TX

Salary: Up to $140,000+ Base + Allowance + Bonus + Benefits + Gas Card/Toll Tag

We’ve partnered with a leading 50+ year leading general contractor based in Houston, TX with a robust pipeline of mixed commercial projects in the Healthcare, Aviation, Public, and Mixed-Commercial construction sectors. They’re seeking multiple 3+ year Construction Superintendents to lead the charge on upcoming healthcare, medical, public, aviation, and other mixed commercial projects upwards of $70M. • Oversee all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects
• Manage trades, schedules, site safety, and quality control from start to finish
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and city inspectors to ensure smooth execution
• Lead site meetings, maintain documentation, and proactively resolve issues
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

• 3+ years of experience supporting construction projects in a field capacity as a Superintendent on either ground-up or interiors on mixed commercial projects in the healthcare, medical, aviation, and mixed commercial construction space (plus if its $10M+ ground-up, but not required)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering those commercial project types
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain a productive site culture

• $90,000 to $140,000+ base salary (varies on years of experience)
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
• Strong pipeline of upcoming projects
