Keystone Engineering is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join our team.

Position Type: Full Time

Location: Houston, TX

Physical Demands: Sedentary

Travel Requirements: NA

• Prepares literature for new and existing customers.
• Assists with preparing proposals for all office locations.
• Captures, harvests, and preserves Keystone’s vast historical data, both for proposals submitted and projects completed.
• Attends sales meetings.
• Develops and maintains customer database.

• BS in Business, Marketing, or related degree
• 5+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industries/sectors serviced
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced motivation, organized, and solution advocate
