Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders to provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support across multiple business units
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly performance reporting
• Develop and track KPIs, operational metrics, and profitability analysis to drive business performance
• Analyze trends related to revenue, costs, inventory, logistics, and operational efficiency
• Support month-end close activities and collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare presentations and financial models for executive leadership
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives across finance and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, operations finance, or accounting
• Strong Excel skills with experience building financial models, forecasts, and reporting packages
• Experience using ERP systems and business intelligence tools
• Power BI experience required;
  Power BI Super User or advanced dashboard development experience is a strong plus
• Experience supporting services, industrial, environmental services, logistics, distribution, or other operationally focused businesses preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders
