• Design, develop, and customize solutions within Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC
  
  B) using OUAF.
• Configure and enhance CC B modules including customer, billing, payments, and credit & collections.
• Develop and maintain Java-based extensions, plugins, batch programs, and business objects.
• Build and support integrations between CC B and external systems (AMI/MDM, IVR, payment gateways, portals).
• Work with SOAP/REST services, XAI, XML, and messaging frameworks for data exchange.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL development for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT, and resolve defects across environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance‑tune CC B components.
• Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical design, configuration, and integration documentation.

Salary Range: $120,000-$140,000 per year
