Our client is in need of a Net Suite Administrator for our client located in Houston TX.

DURATION: 6 month contract (extendable)

LOCATION: South Houston near the Houston Botanic Garden

We are seeking a hands-on Net Suite Administrator to assist with a backlog of active system projects. This role will work directly with our internal Net Suite lead to help execute a range of initiatives including data migration, process improvements, scripting, and reporting.

This is a project-based role focused on moving a defined list of initiatives forward efficiently and accurately. The environment includes a mix of well-built processes and areas that require refinement following implementation.

This role is a strong fit for someone who has grown quickly in Net Suite and is looking to deepen their hands-on experience across real-world projects.

You will assist with projects such as:

• Executing large-scale data imports and cleanup efforts using Celigo
• Supporting the rebuild of financial processes within Net Suite (bank reconciliation, write-offs, etc.)
• Creating and modifying saved searches, workflows, and CSV imports
• Assisting with Suite Script development (user events, Suitelets, GL plugins)
• Cleaning up and restructuring historical transaction data
• Building reports using Suite Analytics Workbook
• Supporting integrations and workflows related to Emburse
• Testing solutions in sandbox environments and validating results
• Documenting processes and supporting internal users where needed

• Work directly with the Net Suite administrator who will define and prioritize tasks
• Receive structured direction, but be expected to work through details independently
• Ask questions when needed, but also take initiative to investigate and problem-solve
• Focus on accuracy and completeness, especially when working with financial data
• Many tasks involve working through detailed, multi-step processes that require consistency and precision

• Experience working with Net Suite in an administrator, analyst, or heavy user capacity
• Strong familiarity with saved searches, workflows, and CSV imports
• Experience working with structured data (imports, exports, transformations, or cleanup)
• Solid understanding of accounting concepts (AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliation)
• Comfort working through detailed, multi-step processes with a high degree of accuracy

• Experience working with databases or data tools (MS Access, MySQL, etc.)
• Experience working with APIs or system integrations
• Experience working in post-implementation or evolving system environments

• Attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to work through complex tasks without constant oversight
• Willingness to learn the system and existing processes quickly
• Clear communication and documentation skills
