Role Summary<
The OT Integration Engineer is responsible for supporting the onboarding integration and deployment of Operational Technology OT systems into secure enterprise architectures This role focuses on implementing virtualized compute basic networking and firewall configurations that comply with ACE safeguards and OT Admin Zone PAZDAZEAZ design standards<
The engineer works across cybersecurity network and OT application teams to ensure systems are deployed securely operate reliably and meet standardized OT cyber and infrastructure requirements<

Key Responsibilities < OT System Integration Deployment<
Support the integration of OT applications and systems into standardized OT Admin Zones PAZ DAZ EAZ DMZ as applicable<
Deploy and configure virtual machines VMware ESXi vCenter or equivalent for OT workloads including OS installation hardening and baseline configuration<
Ensure all deployments align with ACE safeguards and approved OT reference architectures<
Assist with application onboarding functional validation and transition to steady state operations<
Networking Connectivity Foundational Configure and validate basic network connectivity for OT systems including< IP addressing< VLANs<
Routing dependencies<
Firewall rules validation<
Coordinate with network teams to establish secure conduits between zones eg PAZ to DAZ PAZ to Enterprise<
Support IPsec tunnel validation connectivity testing and trouble isolation<
Firewall Security Controls<
Implement and validate Palo Alto firewall policies supporting Admin Zone designs<
Assist in firewall rule creation review and testing to enable OT application traffic while enforcing least privilege access<
Support admin zone tooling connectivity AD backup logging vulnerability management secure remote access<
Participate in security reviews to ensure alignment with OT cyber standards and safeguards Compliance Documentation Handover Ensure deployed systems meet baseline cyber and operational compliance requirements Document configurations dependencies and integration artifacts required for audit support and sustainment Support knowledge transfer to operations teams during hypercare and steady state transition

Required Qualifications Technical Skills Basic understanding of TCPIP networking subnets routing and firewalls Handson experience deploying and supporting virtualized infrastructure VMware or equivalent Familiarity with Palo Alto firewalls policy concepts zones security rules Knowledge of OT environments and segmented network architectures Experience working in regulated or securityconstrained environments Conceptual Process Knowledge Understanding of OT Admin Zone architecture concepts PAZ DAZ EAZ DMZ Familiarity with cyber safeguards secure by design principles and infrastructure hardening<
Ability to follow standard build procedures reference architectures and onboarding checklists<

Preferred Qualifications <
Experience supporting OT systems SCADA historians OT infrastructure services<
Exposure to ACE PCN or equivalent OT cybersecurity frameworks<

Experience with Active Directory integration in segmented networks<
Prior involvement in MA asset onboarding or large scale OT integration programs<
Working knowledge of CMDB onboarding and operational documentation<
