Perform major repairs and maintenance to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards;
Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments;
Respond to guest questions and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction;
Perform maintenance and repairs for assigned area of expertise such as HVAC, lighting, plumbing, electrical, and related systems;
Ensure that assigned equipment is prepared and operational for the following days work
