FLEX Security Officer (operations / non-commissioned)

The Security Flex Officer will provide first‑class customer service as well as the safety and security of all tenants and guests in a positive and professional manner. This role requires an outgoing personality, polished communication skills, a presentable appearance, and overall excellent customer service skills.

• At least 1 year of previous security experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Support manpower requirements during shortages due to open shifts, call‑offs, vacations, no shows, holidays, etc.
• Work special events as required.
• Expect to work weekends and holidays with short notice.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, be able to pass a background and drug screen, and have a valid driver's license.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring and patrolling premises.

• Monitor and patrol building lobby, floors, parking garage, loading dock, building perimeter, and outer perimeter.
• Control traffic in the loading dock both vehicular and pedestrian.
• Monitor all material entering or leaving the dock area.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators, and restraining trespassers.
• Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses; obtain signatures.
• Maintain equipment and building controls.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Perform equipment preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and call for repairs.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
