As a MSSO, your primary role is to monitor our clients and their property. You'll be on‑call during your scheduled hours, which means that every day is a new adventure. This flexibility in your schedule gives you the freedom to manage your work‑life balance while encountering fresh and exciting challenges daily.

Your daily task would include patrolling premises, offering top‑notch customer service, and responding to any security issues that arise. It's important to stay vigilant at all times, make quick decisions when needed, and be adaptable to changing situations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to showcase excellent communication skills, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.

Schedule:

• Sunday | 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Monday | 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday | 5:00am - 5:00pm
• Wednesday | 5:00am - 11:00am
• Total weekly hours =
  42 hours (set schedule; Hours subject to change based on assignment)

• Respond promptly and effectively to security and safety incidents, including medical emergencies and alarms
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for equipment, supplies and property
• Conduct regular patrols of the site to identify and address any potential security issues
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and activities
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
