Supervisor, Service Drops

## Qualifications
*
* Minimum Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or GED equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction, dispatch, or field operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
* Direct experience managing drop bury crews and fiber installation operations.
* Strong knowledge of fiber drops installation methods, including aerial and underground techniques such as hand trenching, vibratory plow, conduit placement, and driveway and sidewalk crossings.
* Experience managing third-party vendors or subcontractors in a field operations environment.
* Experience with OSS/BSS systems, specifically COS or similar platforms.
* Proven leadership and management skills, with experience building and directing field and office teams.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Experience overseeing both aerial and underground service drop programs within a fiber broadband or telecommunications environment.
* 3+ years of leadership experience in the fiber optic or telecommunications field.
* Familiarity with COS OSS/BSS or similar dispatch and scheduling platforms.
* Experience building teams from the ground up
* Bilingual communication skills are a plus
* Experience with performance metrics and KPIs
** Physical Demands and Work Environment:
*** Ability to communicate with field staff and office teams effectively
* In office and field based with frequent travel
* Ability to travel up to 70%
* Ability to work outdoors and in extreme weather conditions and varying topographic, wet and dry locations
