- Knows and actively demonstrates daily our Company Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Correctly identifies product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
- Make necessary notes on invoices to show variances, changes, and out of stock products.
- Maintains control and integrity of pull cart to ensure no product is removed until the order is completely pulled.
- Maintain neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting.
- Maintains pull cart staging area to ensure any order can be quickly verified upon checking.
- Pack wholesale order products neatly without damage to ensure item integrity at delivery.
- Tag wholesale customer orders according to quantity of shipment.
- Maintain security and proper usage of all TABC stamps utilized for wholesale customer orders.
- Work with and maintain TABC stamp guns and machines.
- Restock supplies and utilize equipment when needed to ensure replenishment of products in the racks.
- Inform manager/lead of out of stocks or inventory variance on all items.
- Work with and maintain computer equipment.
- Assists in prep for inventory and assists in inventory process.
- Practices teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
- Seeks to continually improve related skills and knowledge to contribute to profitability and productivity.
- Undertakes responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
- Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally in each shift.
- Properly utilize a dolly and/or pallet jack.
- Push or pull 50‑100 pounds regularly.
- Other projects as assigned by management.
- Efficiently carry out all directives given by Management Team.
- Work in accord with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
- Possess time‑management skills and be able to prioritize tasks and meet daily demands.
- Attendance and timeliness is required; this is not a job you can do from home.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications & RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily. State law requires applicants to be over the age of 21.
Education or
Experience:
1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
Language
Skills:
Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos; verbal communication with coworkers and guests.
Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals without a calculator.
Attitudinal and Personal
Skills:
Responsible, reliable, self‑starter with strong work ethic, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
Full‑time: 40 hours per week. Must be available to work any shift on Friday or Saturday and must be available 80% or more of all shifts each week.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common‑sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Physical DemandsRegularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds using proper tools; use industrial machine to move pallets up to 2400 pounds. Must stand, walk, bend, use hands, reach with arms, climb, balance, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment and ConditionsExposure to outside weather conditions while working in warehouses. Noise level usually moderate to loud.
