Park Homes (UK) Ltd in Huddersfield is looking for a General Maintenance worker to ensure the high quality and safety of facilities at Eachstep Lockwood care home. Responsibilities include routine maintenance inspections, compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing exterior grounds.
The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience with knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills are essential. A driving license is required.
