Production Worker​/Packer

Our client, a food production company specializing in traditional Korean fermented foods, is seeking a dedicated Production Worker/Packer to join their team. As a Production Worker/Packer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the preparation, fermentation, and packaging of Kimchi. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker/Packer

Location: Hudson, NY

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm (or 5:00pm if extra work is needed), with occasional overtime past 4:00pm. Must stay past 4:00 when required. First day start time is 9:00am.

What's the Job?

• Prepare and handle vegetables manually and with cutting machinery for Kimchi production.
• Follow recipes and work collaboratively with the team to produce large batches of product.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and stacking lifts to facilitate production flow.
• Maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and high-quality standards.
• Operate and monitor automated packaging machinery, perform sanitation duties, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

• Flexibility to multitask and switch tasks quickly as needed.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in learning about machinery, food safety, and production processes.
• Reliable commute to the Hudson plant.
