Carwash​/Gas Attendant

Position Summary

Communicates and explains Membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective Members to assist with account decisions, build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote the value of Sam’s Club products and services. Provides Customer Member service by recognizing needs, assisting purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, promoting products, and maintaining a safe shopping environment. Manages the Car Wash/Gas Station area by cleaning, organizing, ensuring accurate pricing signage, handling claims and returns, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Communicate and explain Membership types, programs, and benefits to members.
• Build Membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote value of Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provide Customer Member service: recognize needs, assist purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, resolve issues, and promote products.
• Maintain Car Wash/Gas Station area: clean, organize, ensure accurate pricing signage, handle claims and returns.
• Organize merchandise supplies and maintain facility per company procedures.
• Operate equipment such as cash registers to process customer purchases using appropriate procedures for payment types.
• Operate and maintain Gas Station Car Wash equipment and provide product and services to customers per company policies.

• Minimum: 18 years of age or older.

• Relevant experience in customer service, retail, or similar fields is a plus.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
