Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.###
** Major Responsibilities
*** Deliver expert service and maintenance for advanced Varian systems, following technical documentation and comprehensive training programs.
* Act as a trusted partner to customers, proactively identifying opportunities to reduce equipment downtime and optimize system performance.
* Build strong, long‐term customer relationships through clear, empathetic, and professional communication—both on site and remotely.
* Provide first‐line phone and remote technical support to customers and Field Engineers when required.
* Independently plan and manage your schedule, balancing preventive maintenance, installations, upgrades, and urgent service requests while effectively prioritizing customer needs through to resolution.
* Accurately document all service activities in company systems, including technical issues, corrective actions, and parts used.
* Participate in an initial structured training phase, including attendance at technical courses in dedicated training facilities, and continuously update your expertise through technical publications and procedures related to Varian equipment.
* Uphold the highest standards of professional knowledge, quality, and safety in full alignment with company guidelines.###
** Qualifications & Experience
*** Degree from a Technical Institute or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in servicing complex technical or medical equipment (preferred).
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with confident use of testing and diagnostic equipment.
* Solid knowledge of IT hardware and basic network troubleshooting.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer‐oriented mindset.
* Fluency in English.
* Willingness and flexibility to work in shifts.#LI-OS1
