Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified candidates (US Citizens with active TOP SECRET clearance - a requirement on its Project with a Major Prime) for the following position for a federal agency.

Job Description- An active TOP SECRET clearance is required.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with Java stack, AWS, and full‑stack web applications in an Agile development environment.
- Experience with version control systems such as GIT, Subversion, or TFS.
- Opportunity to learn to customize or use various GOTS and COTS products.
- Work in a robust team environment.
- Learn presentation of data from structured and unstructured data stores, integrating Hadoop/Map Reduce
, database, or similar repositories. - Experience working with Oracle, MySQL, or other RDBMS.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Standard benefits include three weeks of paid time off (PTO, which includes sick leave). Unused PTO will be issued as a check at the end of an employee's anniversary with us. We also provide two floating holidays and eight public holidays. Floating holidays and public holidays expire at the end of each year of service. The company covers 50% of health and dental insurance for all full‑time employees;
dependents can be added at extra cost. Health and dental coverage becomes effective after 30 days or the first of the month following an employee’s completion of the initial 30 working days. Employees must complete all paperwork for health and dental eligibility within the first 30 days of employment. The company provides STD, LTD, and a one‑time salary‑equivalent life insurance at no cost to all full‑time employees.
All full‑time employees or W‑2 employees with no benefits will be eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) program after 90 days, with a company match of 4% and immediate vesting. W‑2 employees are also eligible to participate in profit sharing, with no employee contributions required.
