Overview

Develop new and existing technologies and software solutions using front‑end and/or back‑end skillsets. Provide technical guidance in collaboration with software developers and customers throughout the product’s development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop web-based applications that will serve content to thousands of users across the Department of Defense (DoD) using the Palantir platform.
  • Develop software designs using best practices and object‑oriented methodologies. Software will be developed using an agile‑scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi‑disciplinary team including designers, architects, and systems engineers.
  • Perform mid‑level development, test, analysis, and validation of software.
  • Collaborate with your team and other business units to provide software solutions, following best practices and ensuring a high‑quality standard.
  • Familiar with good configuration management practices and will be responsible for proper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering required. Additional experience may substitute for degree.
  • 2‑7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Agile Scrum development methodology and associated tools.
  • Experience developing software in C#.
  • Experience debugging code.
  • Experience with Agile development.
  • Experience in Palantir development, certification desired.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Communication skills to interface with government and contractors to represent technical and programmatic positions.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Regular i3 hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday‑Friday, however, additional hours may be required on occasion. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
