The Adult Clinical Community Supports (ACCS) Driver promotes the full integration and functioning of adults with mental health services needed to live successfully in the community. The ACCS Driver/Support Staff supports community access for Person's Served by driving their own or company-owned or leased vehicles, transporting and accompanying PS to, from and during community appointments as directed by Integrated Team staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

* Promote the safety of all PS during transportation.
* Monitor PS status, reports concerns or incidents to supervisor.
* Pick up and drop off deliveries of program materials and supplies, as assigned.
* Participate as member of intervention team to perform skills teaching, and help Person's Served learn about community resources and obtaining resources.
* Attend medical, psychiatric and other appointments with PS, as needed.
* Adhere to Medication Administration Program (MAP) policies and procedures.
* Provide crisis intervention to PS, as needed.
* Help with orientation of new staff and PS to the ACCS service.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm

Pay rate: $13.50 / hour

* High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in human services field is preferred.
