Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations Build and maintain integrations using: HCM Extracts BI Publisher Reports REST and SOAP Web Services File-based integrations
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations with:
Payroll vendors Benefits providers Time & Labor systems
- Third-party applications Support data migration using HDL and spreadsheets
- Handle integration testing, error handling, and troubleshooting
- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements
- Support UAT, parallel runs, and production issues Maintain integration documentation and schedules Support Oracle quarterly updates and enhancements.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Integration
- Strong hands-on experience with: HCM Extracts BI Publisher REST/SOAP APIs
Experience with HDL data loads
- Good understanding of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, OTL)
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Good to Have:
Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)
- Exposure to US Payroll and Benefits integrations
- Oracle HCM Integration Certification Experience in implementation and support projects
