Work hours:
weekly 45 hours
Day shift Wednesday – Friday - IST 5.30AM- 2.30 PM
Evening shift Saturday and Sunday- IST-7.30 PM – 4.30 AM
Monday/Tuesday off
Recurring management and maintenance tasks
work with clients on password resets, new user account creation (domain and email), and SSL VPN troubleshooting.
follow up on server and firewall alerts coming from our monitoring software.
Patch management, endpoint protection status, and other maintenance tasks.
Backup verifications on Datto and Axcient tools, verify success. resolve those failures internally or raise to vendor.
Technologies/platforms/tools
• Connectwise (PSA software) - ticketing and CRM
• Connectwise Automate (RMM software) – remote monitoring and management software, including Screen Connect for remote device management.
• IT Glue – documentation platform software (very common with MSPs)
• Vendors important in solution stack we use/resell:
Microsoft
Sophos (multiple cloud security solutions) and firewalls
Datto and Axcient (backup)
Auvik (network monitoring)
