Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of technical products that leverage cutting edge technology to solve high-impact business challenges. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, ensuring our technical capabilities align with strategic business value.

Accountabilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

● Define and execute a comprehensive product vision focused on technical innovation.

● Translate high-level business goals into detailed technical requirements and user stories for engineering and data science teams.

● Prioritize features based on data-driven insights, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

● Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product performance and ensure outputs meet quality standards.

Data Strategy & Governance

● Define the roadmap for data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence dashboards.

● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and build reliable, trustworthy datasets.

● Partner with data engineers, scientists, legal, and business units to align data capabilities with company goals.

Collaboration & Leadership

● Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to build robust GTM strategies and technical documentation.

● Communicate complex technical concepts and product value propositions clearly to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

● Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure technical feasibility meets commercial reality.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; an MBA is preferred.

● 12+ years of experience in Product Management, with a dedicated focus on technical or AI-driven products.

● Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable technical products from concept to launch.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to justify product decisions and measure success.

● Exceptional cross-functional leadership, structured problem-solving, and executive communication skills.

Experience with GCP, familiarity with MLOps/deploying models in production, and knowledge of AI ethics are considered a plus.
