Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
This role will focus on driving organic growth, improving search visibility across traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms, and building scalable SEO strategies that generate qualified traffic and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and keyword rankings.
● Own technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO initiatives across company websites.
● Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility in featured snippets and AI-powered search results.
● Develop GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to optimize content for AI search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE.
● Conduct in-depth keyword research and topic clustering to build scalable organic growth strategies.
● Perform technical SEO audits including site structure, crawlability, indexing, page speed, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
● Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and knowledge content.
● Build high-quality backlink strategies through digital PR, partnerships, and outreach.
● Monitor search performance and implement optimization strategies based on analytics data.
● Stay updated with evolving search algorithms and AI search trends.
Required Skills & Experience
● 7+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or search marketing roles.
● Strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
● Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
● Strong knowledge of technical SEO including indexing, crawl budgets, schema markup, and site architecture.
● Experience with keyword research, search intent mapping, and content strategy.
● Deep understanding of on-page SEO including internal linking, metadata optimization, and content optimization.
● Experience improving domain authority through high-quality link building strategies.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other analytics tools.
● Ability to translate SEO insights into content and growth strategies.
Nice to Have
● Experience optimizing for AI search engines and LLM-driven search experiences.
● Familiarity with programmatic SEO strategies.
● Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press, Webflow, or headless CMS systems.
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO troubleshooting.
● Experience with international SEO and multi-market search optimization.
● Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and organic funnel optimization.
