About the Role
This is a leadership role for a with a bold mandate: to build a world-class, technology-enabled documentation and training ecosystem. You will architect and lead the global strategy for controlled documentation and training, setting the standard for how a modern, technology-forward Fast-Moving Consumer Healthcare company manages knowledge, compliance, and capability development s role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, digital innovation, and human performance — and is not for someone who manages the status quo.

Responsibilities
Training Transformation
Redesign training from static, compliance-based learning to dynamic, capability-driven models
Build role-based competency frameworks aligned to business and quality performance outcomes
Replace “read & understand” training with: Scenario-based Learning, Microlearning Assessments & Skill Validation
Define and track training effectiveness metrics (performance impact, error reduction, behavior change)
Learning Design & Pedagogy
Apply principles of adult learning / instructional design to create impactful learning journeys
Translate SOPs and technical content into engaging, effective learning experiences
Drive a shift from training completion → capability development.
Digital & AI-Enabled Learning
Leverage existing tools to: generate training content directly from SOPs & enable scalable digital learning experiences
Drive adoption of: AI-powered content generation & e-learning platforms
Establish governance for AI usage in regulated environments (GxP context)
Documentation Governance
Maintain and continuously improve controlled documentation systems (SOPs, policies)
Ensure alignment with GxP and regulatory expectations
Identify opportunities to optimize documentation via automation and AI
Global Standardization & Site Enablement
Standardize training and documentation practices across global sites
Partner with site teams to ensure consistent adoption and execution
Drive efficiency and simplification in quality processes
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with:
Quality, Manufacturing, Digital/IT & Regulatory teams
Influence stakeholders to shift mindset from compliance → performance
Qualifications
~10–15 years of experience in:
Training / capability development OR Quality systems in a regulated environment
Experience in regulated industries (Pharma, FMCG, Aerospace, Manufacturing, etc.)
Strong exposure to:
Learning systems (LMS / digital learning platforms) & Competency frameworks and training design
Understanding of GxP or similar regulatory frameworks
Demonstrated experience in driving transformation (not just operations)
Preferred Skills
Exposure to AI-enabled learning / content generation tools
Background in instructional design / pedagogy
Familiarity with regulated documentation systems (e.g., Veeva, etc.)
