Role Description  The Digital Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and web to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness for Todays Dental Services and partner practices. Daily responsibilities include developing and managing content calendars, overseeing social media presence, coordinating lead generation campaigns, and monitoring performance using web analytics tools.

The Digital Marketing Manager will collaborate with clinical, operations, and leadership teams to align campaigns with business objectives, manage external vendors or agencies as needed, and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. This role also involves preparing regular performance reports, testing new digital strategies, and recommending data-driven improvements to maximize return on marketing investment.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategy, with experience planning and executing integrated digital campaigns.
Hands-on skills in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.
Proven experience in Lead Generation, including funnel design, campaign optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
Proficiency in Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to track KPIs, generate insights, and guide decision-making.
Experience managing paid media campaigns (search, social, display) and working with budgets and ROI targets.
Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital marketing are an advantage.
Experience in healthcare or multi-location service industries is beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
