Tele Solv Consulting has a great opportunity for you to work with the Federal Government as a Contract Management Support Specialist. This is an on-site position in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

The ideal Contract Management Support Specialist provides administrative and technical support to Contracting Officers and contract management staff. Duties include preparing and distributing contract correspondence, maintaining modification records, generating management reports, assisting with annual financial assistance awards, and providing IDMS support.

• Strong understanding of federal contracting processes, with hands‑on experience supporting acquisition planning, solicitation development, and award activities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) principles, particularly Parts 4 (Administrative Matters), 13 (Simplified Acquisition), 15 (Contracting by Negotiation), and 16 (Types of Contracts).
• Skilled in applying regulatory guidance to ensure full compliance throughout the contracting lifecycle, from market research to closeout.
• Excellent organizational abilities, including managing complex documentation, maintaining accurate contract files, and ensuring timely processing of acquisition actions.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to create polished reports, trackers, and data-driven analyses.
• Experienced in using federal acquisition systems and platforms (e.g., FPDS, SAM.gov, eProcurement tools) to support acquisition planning, contract administration, and reporting requirements.

This position requires you to obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories. The government is essentially looking to confirm that you are generally in good financial standing, up to date on your tax filings, rehire eligible with your prior employers, and have adhered to any federal restrictions on illegal drug use, including marijuana, in addition to other checks related to your character and trust worthiness.
