We offer an hourly pay range of $21.63 - $24.04. Initial offers are typically made at $21.63 per hour, with placement within the range based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, location, training, and education. This ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
This is a hybrid role and requires 1 to 2 days in office in Naperville, Illinois.
What you’ll do:- Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, ensuring all financial commitments are properly documented.
- Code and enter invoices, retrieve and organize electronic statements, and prepare weekly check runs and wire requests.
- Maintain complete and up-to-date vendor records, including securing and updating W-9 and banking information.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Reconcile monthly credit card activity and manage employee expense report reimbursements.
- Support 1099 preparation and mailing.
- Assist the accounting team with special projects as needed, contributing to smooth and efficient financial operations.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high level of ownership over accuracy and record organization.
- Comfort working across multiple systems and handling confidential information with care and discretion.
- Clear, professional communication skills when working with vendors and colleagues at all levels.
- Enjoyment of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where books, ideas, and innovation matter.
