Software Engineer - D365 and PowerApps

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop and customize business solutions within Dynamics 365 using best practices.
• Build complex integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using Azure and related services.
• Create and maintain applications with Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and deliver insights using Power BI.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers and team members.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high performance, security, and scalability across solutions.

Required

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service modules.
• C# proficiency for plugin development, including understanding of secure vs. unsecure configurations.
• Strong SQL skills for data handling and reporting tasks.
• Solid grasp of Power Automate, including:
• Types of flows (automated, instant, scheduled)
• Error handling techniques
• Familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and Common Data Service (Dataverse).
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Dev Ops practices for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Knowledge of Azure services that integrate with Dynamics 365 (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Understanding of key business processes across various industries.

Preferred

Skills:

• Prior experience designing scalable enterprise solutions on the Power Platform.
• Familiarity with modern authentication and security protocols for Dynamics 365.

Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Sales/Field Service Functional Consultant (a plus)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
