Maintenance​/Cleaning Technician, Pest Control

Overview

No experience is required, we will train the right person!

• Complete the required training to learn how to be a pest control technician.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow a schedule to ensure prompt and timely arrival of customers.
• Communicate with customers about their pest control needs and make the proper recommendations and treatment applications.
• Technicians conduct inspections, correct pest control problems by applying product, baiting, and monitoring, and communicate regularly with office personnel and the sales team to ensure top-quality customer service.

• A high school diploma or G.E.D., good communication skills, a stable work history, and a genuine desire to learn the pest control business are all that are required.
• Prior experience with termite control is preferred, and trenching, drilling, graphing, and bait station installation are huge pluses.
