The Mandatory Trade Desk Buyer is a Capital Markets function that facilitates the pricing, bidding and locking of loans for the Correspondent Lending Channel.  Key responsibilities include...
* High frequency execution of bulk bids
* Dynamically calculate and apply loan level mortgage pricing to facilitate the purchase of loans from our Correspondent customers
* Troubleshooting and writing complex MS Excel formulae
* Mandatory commitment management including pair offs, extensions and rolls
* Enhancements of pricing and reporting tools often using MS Excel and MS Access (VB & SQL at times)
* Create reports that provide insight to our competitive positioning/trends to senior management
* Communicate mandatory pricing mechanics to developers helping to improve pricing tools
* A primary point of contact for our Correspondent customers for pricing and Secondary Marketing related subject matter

Qualifications:

* 6+ years of Mortgage Banking experience
* Exceptional analytical skills
* Thorough knowledge of Secondary Marketing, Correspondent Lending and pricing mechanics
* Self-motivator with ability to work in fast paced environment
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders
* BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience------------------------------------------------------##
