Bench Sales Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the Bench Sales team for US IT Staffing operations.
Conduct interviews and evaluate new joiners before onboarding into the team.
Assign recruiters/bench sales executives to appropriate teams based on skills and performance.
Provide weekly training sessions, mentorship, and performance guidance to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to review weekly targets, submissions, placements, and overall performance.
Handle the complete bench sales recruitment cycle for IT consultants in the US market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates.
Ensure professional communication with candidates.
Resolve escalations, consultant concerns, client issues, and operational challenges efficiently.
Monitor daily activities such as submissions, interviews, placements, and follow-ups.
Train team members on visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, TN, etc.) and market trends.
Guide the team in rate negotiations and closing placements successfully.
Ensure proper usage of job portals such as Dice, Monster, Linked In, Career Builder, and other recruiting platforms.
Track individual and team performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
Motivate the team to achieve monthly targets and improve overall productivity.
Develop strategies for marketing consultants quickly and effectively in the US market.
