Executive - Documentation - Container Freight Station - Redhills

Location: Tiruvallur

Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining and improving documentation efficiency and effectiveness.

Ensuring accuracy in documentation and preventing revenue leakage.

Maintaining turnaround time (TAT) for document processing and entries.

Avoiding delays for customers and drivers at counters.

Generating job orders for import seal cut, import loading, and destuff empty container operations.

Generating export laden out pass and RFID for export containers.

Monitoring in/out movement of laden and empty containers.

Following up with HCCAR activities and ensuring 100% compliance.

Closing manual out records, pending invoices, and gate-out transactions in the system within timelines.

Verifying and filing Import, Export, and Bond Bills on a daily basis.

Maintaining EXIM register entries and proper documentation records.

Coordinating with operations and stakeholders for smooth cargo movement and documentation compliance.

Reports & MIS
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to HODs, Customs, Bond Officers, and shipping lines.
Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) reports, exception logs, and miscellaneous reports.
Ensure systematic record maintenance in One Drive and local storage.
Customer Service
Handle counter-based documentation and billing queries with prompt resolution.
Update customer information regularly, including KYC, GST, and PAN, to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and proactive service.
Department Coordination
Liaise with internal departments: HSE, Transport, Security, IT, and Yard Operations to ensure uninterrupted cargo and vehicle flow.
Monitor and ensure timely RFID tag entries and follow-ups on equipment-related tasks
