Store Manager, Operations Manager

Location: Valsād

The Store Manager is responsible for overall store operations including inventory management, material receiving, storage, issuance, stock monitoring, ERP entries, coordination with purchase and production teams, and maintaining proper documentation. The role ensures smooth material flow, stock accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Inventory & Store Operations

Manage day-to-day store activities efficiently.
Ensure proper receiving, unloading, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed wherever applicable.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Prevent material damage, wastage, and pilferage.

Material Handling & Coordination

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Dispatch teams.
Ensure timely availability of materials for production requirements.
Verify incoming materials against PO, invoice, and delivery challan.
Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for inward and outward material movement.

Documentation & ERP Management

Maintain GRN, issue slips, stock registers, inward/outward records, and other store documents.
Ensure accurate ERP/SAP entries for all material transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Maintain records related to audits and compliance.

Warehouse Management

Ensure proper layout and storage system for easy identification and traceability.
Implement 5S and safety standards inside the warehouse/store area.
Monitor housekeeping and safety practices.
Manage manpower and allocate daily work effectively.

Audit & Compliance

Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain documentation required for ISO or other quality systems.
