Senior Software Engineer, Product Engineering, EU

Responsibilities

As a Product Engineer you will own the development of features from ideation through launch, working closely with design, product, and other engineering teams. Your day‑to‑day work includes:

• Defining and writing product specifications and wireframes.
• Researching competitors and user needs to inform product decisions.
• Designing and building end‑to‑end features, covering frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with design and product managers to ship high‑quality, user‑centric features.
• Participating in code reviews, testing, and maintaining code quality across the stack.
• Driving rapid iteration while balancing speed, quality, and maintainability.

• Comfortable tackling any part of the technology stack, from frontend to infrastructure.
• Experience with product and technical ambiguity, thriving at the intersection and delivering powerful abstractions.
• Ability to strike the right balance between speed and quality, moving fast while ensuring robust, maintainable code.
• Ambition and a desire to continually improve skills, open to feedback, and eager to take ownership of complex problems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, keeping stakeholders informed and working effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for creating leverage by automating or abstracting tedious, repetitive work.

Compensation Range: €98K – €133K
