Junior SAP Cloud Integration Developer

We are looking for a Junior Sap Cloud Integration Developer to join one of our main clients in Switzerland.

• Design, build, and maintain SAP CI integrations, including iFlows and adapters, ensuring seamless connectivity with third-party APIs.
• Work closely with IT and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones to gather requirements, design solutions, and support end-to-end integration scenarios.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues efficiently to ensure system stability and minimize operational impact.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities in alignment with SAP integration standards and best practices.
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, integration guidelines, and troubleshooting manuals, in English.
• Implement middleware best practices with a strong focus on error handling, monitoring, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Operate effectively both independently and as part of a globally distributed team, contributing proactively to collaborative problem-solving.

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience working with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and/or SAP Cloud Integration (CI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Solid expertise in integration development, including iFlows, adapters, data mapping and transformation methods such as Groovy scripting, graphical mapping, and XSLT.
• Proven experience integrating and consuming APIs using SOAP and REST, with a good understanding of security mechanisms including OAuth, TLS and SSL.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration architectures and connectivity with cloud-based applications.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, error handling and performance tuning within SAP Cloud Integration environments.
• Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively to distributed, cross‑functional teams in different time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
• Experience with SAP BTP services and Cloud Connector setup is considered an advantage.
