3rd Shift Front Desk Agent

The Farmstead Inn & Conference Center, a hotel located in Shipshewana, IN, is looking for full-time or part-time 3rd shift hotel front desk associate. We expect our guests to feel as though they are staying with family and can get anything they need from our friendly team members. As the front desk hotel guest services professional, it is your job to provide that.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• friendly greeting of all guests entering the hotel
• check-in and check-out
• guest relations
• general hotel front desk supervisory, clerical and reservation responsibilities
• some additional night shift duties (clerical and general building walk-thru)

The full-time position is responsible for a variety of customer service duties, and must have basic computer skills and provide their own transportation. 3rd Shift primarily, but applicant must be flexible and willing to work some weekends {including Sundays} & holidays.
