Location: Whitestown
Sewer Foreman/Crew Leader will be directing and overseeing the installation of storm, sanitary and water main. Knowledge of safe work practices and equipment operation are a must.
Primary responsibilities include:- Directing a team of 2 to 10 skilled operators and laborers.
- Leading and scheduling crews, subcontractors and materials.
- Assist in determining labor, equipment and material needs.
- Interfacing with other foremen, superintendents, project managers, vendors, owners and inspectors.
- Maintaining records including time sheets, safety, production, attendance reports, etc.
- Promoting and enforcing the company safety policies.
- 5+ years of site work leadership.
- Experienced in heavy equipment operations.
- Strong leadership, communication and people skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening/physical
