🧭 The Opportunity
As a First Officer on the E170/190, you’ll operate across a dynamic network, honing your skills in a modern flight deck while delivering safe, reliable service. We welcome pilots who meet R-ATP minimums and are ready to accelerate their progression on a proven regional jet platform.
🧰 What You’ll Do- Execute safe, compliant flight operations in accordance with Company SOPs and FAA regulations.
- Collaborate with the Captain and crew to deliver smooth, on-time performance and a great customer experience.
- Apply sound judgment in normal, abnormal, and emergency procedures.
- Participate in recurrent training and checking; embrace a continuous learning culture.
- Represent the Company with professionalism on the flight deck, in the cabin, and on the ground.
- Education:
High School diploma or GED. - Certification: R-ATP and FAA certificates as applicable; open to FAA license holders.
- Medical:
Current First Class medical certificate. - Compliance:
Meet current interview and hiring minimum age and flight hour requirements set by the FAA and Company. - Mindset:
Safety-first, team-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused.
- Total Time: 750 hours

Candidates may interview at the Company’s interview minimums and be eligible for hire upon meeting the hiring minimums per the pathway below.🧩 Interview-to-Hire Pathway
If you interview meeting the Company’s interview minimums, but not the hiring minimums, you may be eligible for hire upon successful completion of the interview process provided you:
- Meet the Hiring Minimums within six (6) months of the interview date.
- Have no certificate action since the interview date.
- Have no misdemeanors or felonies since the interview date.
- Accept a class date within six (6) months of the interview date.
- Travel up to 100% of the time, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
- Work extended hours with limited scheduling control; be prepared to report with little notice.
- Willingness to relocate based on Company operational needs.
