-7-10 years of experience with SAP O2C. Experience in GTS. I'm ok to take a risk on someone who demonstrates learning agility and curiosity as they can learn the Settlement Management side.

-Projects: we're currently upgrading to GTS E4H on SAP RISE, but I'd expect this area will be pretty stable, so I'd be looking for them to branch out and support the broader O2C team.
Description
Position Title:
ERP Order to Bill Technical/Delivery Lead
Responsibilities:
The primary focus of this position is partnering with key stakeholders, architects, and delivery partners to ensure timely delivery of compliant and quality solutions for the Order to Bill (O2B) systems, including SAP S4, Global Trade Services (GTS), and FSCM. This role will focus on understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
This position will report to the ERP IT Commercial Director and may include the following responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
Operations/System Stewardship
1. Responsible for overall care and feeding of O2B related systems.
2. Responsible for release management for systems that comprise O2B processes.
3. Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes.
4. Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)
5. Interpret and translate complex regulatory drivers, compliance requirements, company risks, and company exposures to ensure IT solutions in SAP are best positioned to maintain integrity, trust and reliability.
6. Influence partner and vendor organizations in prioritization and problem management of solution issues, including root cause analysis.
7. Interact and collaborate with global, regional and local Business Partners (Process Owners, Power Users, Business Process Knowledge Centers and Service/Release Managers) as appropriate, in order to better understand the business and its priorities and represent their requirements.
8. Engage with Global Business Process Owners & Stakeholders to understand and influence broad business strategies in the context of information technology as a key enabler and differentiator
Delivery
1. Delivery lead on major projects/initiatives related to O2B.
2. Analyze, define and assist in the deployment of the SAP based solutions for the O2B processes in SAP
3. Work with business stakeholders and architects to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
4. Work within policies, procedures and processes to deliver O2B enhancements/changes.
5. Responsible for ensuring all changes/enhancements meet required quality and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX)
6. Design and implement solutions that enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of SAP and related systems.
7. Ensure adherence to global SAP design and architecture and participate in architecture review boards as needed.
8. Provide technical guidance and effort estimates on new enhancement requests, ensuring they are well documented and simple to understand.
9. Track status of implementation timeline and proactively communicate risks or issues to stakeholders.
10. Responsible for change management communication, accountable for formal testing and documentation prior to going live, and post go-live production support handover.
11. Identify and ensure delivery of knowledge transfer needs between process owners, business partners, and support team.
Technical SME
9. Having and building comprehensive knowledge of internal and external information technology environments with a O2B focus, including S4 Settlement Management, GTS, and FSCM.
10. Be forward thinking with respect to technical evolutions within the ERP landscape (S/4 HANA) and related technology to help improve user experience or functionality of the offering.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology or related field.
- At least 5 years of SAP and/or GTS configuration / design and broad related business process experience.
- Expertise in working in complex, diverse landscape (business, technology, regulatory and partners)
- Strong Organizational and Communication skills with key focus on conveying complex ideas and thoughts into clear definitive directions and results
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to determine solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
