Role Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana or multi-state compact RN license (must be provided with resume)
• Two to five years of recent LTAC or telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
• ACLS & BLS certification through the American Heart Association (must be current and submitted)
• Proven vent and trach management
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Commitment to continuing education and maintaining clinical competencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and hospital policy
• Anticipate, plan, and coordinate patient care using critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Oversee and delegate care appropriately to nursing and support staff
• Ensure patient safety while responding to dynamic patient care needs in an acute long-term care environment
